Just baked the easiest peanut butter cookie recipe.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Stir and drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press with a fork to flatten.
Bake 350 degrees non greased cookie sheet.
8-9 minutes. Let cool on pan before taking off, they are very soft until cool.
It is hard to believe, but that is all there is to these cookies, you will never bother making the long version again, PROMISE!
